Per Architect: Full Sets Only

Bids will be received by Thompson-Steed Contractors, LLP until
2:00 P.M. local time, July 1, 2014 for the construction of a new
branch bank for CedarStone Bank.

Use of the Bid Form by Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers
is requested.

A Bid Bond is not required by Trade Contractors or Materials
Suppliers. However, a Performance and Payment Bond may be
required of Trade Contractors. The cost of the bond shall not be
included in the Base Bid, but entered as a separate item in the
space provided on the Bid Form.

Bids may be emailed (donnie.steed@charter.net), mailed
(Thompson-Steed, LLC. 1445 East Old Laguardo Rd. Lebanon, TN
37087), or hand delivered.

Bids will be opened privately. Bid results will be made available
at a later date.

All Trade Contractor Bidders must be licensed Contractors to
perform the type of construction they are Bidding as required by
Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6, Amended by Chapter
9 and Chapter 406 of the Public Acts of 1977.

Bidding Documents will be available on June 9, 2014. Plans may be
examined at the CedarStone Bank branch, located at 2900 Lebanon
Pike, Donelson, TN. Plans will be in the Lester Digital Plan
Room.

No partial sets shall be issued.

No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days without the
consent of the General Contractor.
