Sealed bids for Re-roof Projects at Three Schools, located in Lawrence County, Tennessee will be
received until 11:00 A. M. local time, on June 20, 2019 at the Lawrence County Schools Office,700
Mahr Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read
aloud.

Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required.

All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as
currently amended.

A pre-bid meeting will be held 10:00 A. M. local time, June 11, 2019, at Lawrence County High
School, 1800 Springer Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464. The pre-bid meeting will progress to the other
schools
