Bidders are invited to bid on the General Contract for the Work of the following project.

Five percent (5%) Bid Security shall be required. Prevailing Wage Law applies to contract if
$50,000 or more. Non-Discrimination policy applies.

The Sumer County Board of Education (SCBOE) is accepting bids for the construction of the
Upper Station Camp Creek Sewer Extension and the Hunters Lane & Latimer Lane Water Main
Extension projects.

Digital copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained from the office of the engineer,
CSDG, 2305 Kline Avenue #300. Nashville, TN 37211 (email brads@csdgtn.com and

Sealed Bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 2, 2020 for opening at 10:00 AM at the
Riggsbee Support Services Building, 1500 Airport Road, Gallatin TN 37066.

The SCBOE reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.

It is the policy of the SCBOE to ensure compliance with Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964;
49 CFR, Part 21; Related statutes and regulations to the end that no person shall be excluded
from participation in or denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program
