Bidders are invited to bid on the General Contract for the Work of the following project.

Five percent (5%) Bid Security shall be required. Prevailing Wage law applies to contract if
$50,000 or more. Non‐Discrimination policy applies.

The Sumner County Board of Education (SCBOE)is accepting separate bids for the construction of
a single turn lane into Ellis Middle School along Indian Lake Road.

Digital Copies of Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Engineer,
Civil Site Design Group, 2305 Kline Ave #300, Nashville, TN 37211 or online via Lester Digital
Reprographics (ldrplanroom.com).

Bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 9, 2020, for opening at 2:00 P.M. in the 1500
Airport Road Support Services Office.

The SCBOE reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.

It is the policy of the SCBOE to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21;
Related statutes and regulations to the end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or denied
benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance
