Bidders are to drop off bid envelopes at front security desk by 1:00 PM on the day of the bid. Security desk has been moved to accommodate visitors / mail drop-off, etc. All visitors / bidders will have to enter the rear entrance of the building due to on-going construction work at the front entrance of the building.

Due to issues surrounding coronavirus, bids will be opened via conference call.
