INVITATION:

The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the Work of this project.
Examine documents at the Designer’s office or Plan Rooms on or after August 11, 2021.

source (nonrefundable).

Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is
required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier’s) made payable to State
of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies.

Site tours will be conducted by the university capital projects team per request of the
contractor.

Core samples can be obtained by the contractor once scheduled with the university.
Contractor is responsible for obtaining the core sample and properly patching the roof
once the sample has been obtained.
