Lashlee Rich, Inc., Construction Manager for Lincoln County Board of Education will receive sealed bids for the New Highland Rim School Fayetteville TN.

Bids will be received at Lincoln County Schools Central Office, 909 Main Avenue South Fayetteville, TN 37334 until 2:00 P.M. Local Time, Thursday, August 3, 2023.

Bids will be opened and read aloud. Email bids will be due Wednesday, August 2, 2023, the day before the Bid. No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time for receipt of bids.

Such bids may be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder. Bids will be received for the following Bid Packages: (For a complete description of Bid Packages, See SECTION 00 00 06 - BID PACKAGES)

Copies of the documents may be obtained by depositing $300.00 with the

The full amount of the deposit will be returned to all bidders providing the plans and specifications are returned to the Construction Manager in satisfactory condition within seven (7) days after the bid date.The deposit will also be returned to the successful bidder. Additional complete sets may be purchased at the bidder’s expense.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM, at the Highland Rim School, 111 Highland Rim Road, Fayetteville, TN 37334.

Sub-Contractors (Trade Contractors) may purchase, at cost, complete sets of bid documents from the Reprographer. Partial sets of Drawings may NOT be purchased; only complete sets of Project Manual may be purchased.
