Sealed bids for construction of New Pedestrian Security
Vestibules at Fairview-Marguerite Elementary School &
Russellville Primary School and Corridor Doors at West Elementary
School located in Hamblen County, Tennessee will be received
until 10:00 A. M. (EDT), on September 19, 2018 at the Hamblen
County Schools Facility Maintenance Department Office, 353 Boyd
School Road, Morristown, TN, 37813 at which time and place they
will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Mark plainly on the Bid Envelope:

5% Bidders Bond is required. Hamblen County Board reserves the
right to accept / reject any / all bids Performance Bond and
Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required. All
bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the
Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended. Late
Bids will not be accepted. Bids received from Bidders not in
attendance at the mandatory prebid conference will not be
considered.

A mandatory prebid conference shall be held at 9:00 A.M. (EDT) on
September 6, 2018 at the Hamblen County Schools Facility
Maintenance Department Office, 353 Boyd School Road, Morristown,
TN, 37813. The meeting will proceed to the various school sites.
