Sumner County Emergency Services Repaving

Bidders are invited to bid on the General Contract for the Work of the following project.

Five percent (5%) Bid Security shall be required. Prevailing Wage law applies to contract if
$50,000 or more. Non-discrimination policy applies.

Sumner County is accepting separate bids for the construction related to the Sumner County
Emergency Services parking lot and driveway repaving. The project is located off of Airport
Road in Gallatin, TN.

Digital copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Engineer,
CSDG, 2305 Kline Ave #300, Nashville, TN 37211, or online via Lester Digital Reprographics
(ldrplanroom.com).

Bids must be submitted by Thursday, June 25, 2020 for opening at 10:00 AM (CST) in the
Sumner County Administration Building, 355 N. Belvedere Drive, Room 102, Gallatin, TN
37066. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 1:00pm at the Emergency
Services Building, 255 Airport Rd, Gallatin, TN.

Sumner County reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Sumner County ensures compliance with Title VI of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; Related statutes and regulations to the end that no person shall be
excluded from participation in or denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation on the grounds of race, color, sex,or national origin.
