Sealed bids for construction of Renovations to Lincoln County Health Department for Lincoln County
Government, Lincoln County, Tennessee will be received until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on July 10, 2025 at
the Lincoln County Health Department, 1000 Washington Street W, Suite A, Fayetteville, TN 37334, at
which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time for the opening of bids. Such bids may
be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.

Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required.
All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as
currently amended.
A mandatory prebid conference shall be held 2:00 P. M. local time, June 24, 2025, at the Lincoln County
Health Department, 1000 Washington St. West, Suite A, Fayetteville, TN 37334
The Lincoln County Health Department must remain open during regular business hours. Work will only
be permitted to be performed on weekends or after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
All prime bidders shall be registered with www.SAM.gov.
