Sealed bids for Re-roof Four Schools located in Marion County, Tennessee will be received until

2:00 P. M. local time, on December 4, 2025 at the Marion County Board of Education, 204 Betsy Pack

Drive, Jasper, TN, 37347at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The schools are:

Marion County High School

South Pittsburg Elementary

Jasper Elementary - Partial Reroof (Flat roof only)

Whitwell Elementary – Partial Reroof (Flat roof only)

No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time for the opening of bids. Such bids may

be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.

Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required.

All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as

currently amended.

A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held 10:00 A. M. local time, on November 12, 2025 at

Marion County High School, 160 Ridley Drive, Jasper, TN, 37347. The meeting will proceed to the

remaining schools afterwards.
